We are looking for an Account Executive with hands-on experience in Zoho accounting software to manage daily accounting operations, billing, and financial records. The candidate should be well-versed in accounting principles and capable of handling end-to-end accounts independently.
* Handle day-to-day accounting entries in Zoho Books / Zoho Finance
* Manage sales, purchase, and expense entries
* Prepare invoices, credit notes, and debit notes
* Maintain accounts receivable and payable
* Perform bank reconciliation and ledger management
* Handle GST-related data and compliance support
* Generate MIS reports and financial summaries
* Maintain accurate accounting records and documentation
* Coordinate with management and auditors as required
