We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Hotel General Manager to oversee all hotel operations and ensure the highest standards of guest experience, staff management, and business growth. The ideal candidate must possess strong leadership skills, operational expertise, and a solid understanding of hospitality industry standards.
1.Oversee complete hotel operations including front office, housekeeping, F&B, guest relations, and administration
2.Ensure smooth day-to-day functioning with focus on guest satisfaction
3.Monitor revenue performance, occupancy trends, and operational expenses
4.Develop strategies to improve profitability and overall hospitality standards
5.Lead, train, and motivate staff to maintain service excellence
6.Handle escalations, client feedback, and maintain high hospitality standards
7.Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and external agencies when required
8.Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, legal, and operational policies
9.Manage financial reports, budgets, audits, and MIS reports for management review
