We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to oversee and manage end-to-end hotel/restaurant operations. The role involves ensuring operational efficiency, service excellence, cost control, and coordination across departments to deliver superior guest experience.
* Manage daily operations of hotel / restaurant / hospitality units
* Oversee departments including Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, and Security
* Ensure high standards of guest service and operational efficiency
* Monitor budgets, control costs, and improve profitability
* Implement SOPs, policies, and quality standards
* Lead, train, and evaluate departmental heads and managers
* Handle guest escalations and ensure resolution
* Coordinate with vendors, auditors, and management
