Job Description

Responsible for handling on-site service complaints, visiting retailers as per beat plan, supporting product sales, and performing basic electronic and electrical service work within the assigned territory.

Responsibilities

* Attend and resolve on-site service complaints within 300 km radius
* Visit 10-15 retailers daily as per beat plan, take product orders & display marketing materials
* Perform soldering work (replacement of electronic control cards)
* Assist in basic electrical / house wiring-related service issues

Qualifications / Skills

• Soldering and basic electronics repair knowledge.
• Willingness to travel (up to 20 days/month).
• Basic understanding of electrical wiring.
